Updated Billing Policy and New Fees

At Glebe Family Medical Practice, we take pride in the excellent quality of care we provide to all our patients. We aim to keep providing the best possible comprehensive care.

As such, Glebe Family Medical Practice is a private billing medical practice and payment is expected on the day of your consultation. Our consultation fees vary depending on the time taken, and complexity of your visit.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty or hardship, you may want to discuss this with your doctor.

Bulk billed consultations will continue to be provided to patients with a valid health care concession or pension card.

Please present your concession card to our reception team upon arrival.

Glebe Family Medical Practice is committed to support Closing the Gap program, and as such, we also offer bulk billed appointments to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.

Other fees:
Transfer of records to another clinic $30 admin fee.
Health summary can be provided with no cost.

eScript (repeat script) request $25, paper script $20, Referral request $25.

Notes:
* Health assessments and care plans are bulk billed for all of our patients.
* There are no bulk billed consultations on Saturday.
**Additional fee may apply for procedures.

Glebe Medical Services

Our Glebe medical practice is fully GPA accredited – we meet the rigorous RACGP standards for general practices in Australia.
