Covid-19 Protocol Update

The team at Glebe Family Medical Practice would like to provide an update given the recent increase in Covid-19 cases in the community.

We will continue to offer face to face consults but encourage you to book a telehealth consult where possible to reduce the number of people coming into the practice.

All people coming in to the practice (patients and any people with them) will need to do the following:

  • Bring a mask with you and wear it all times when inside the practice.
  • Use hand sanitiser on arrival
  • Answer our Covid screening questions
  • Provide contact tracing details, preferably by scanning the Service NSW Covid safe QR code at the entry or by providing contact details to our reception staff.

Please do not attend the practice if you have fever or any respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell and loss of taste) OR are concerned about a potential COVID exposure. Please book a telehealth consultation in this case.

Please check the NSW Health site for updates to the Covid alert list.
